Gymnast. Artist. Creator. Connector.

Welcome to my corner of the internet — this is where I share my flips, my goals, my videos, and the people I love most.

What "Stay Connected" means to me

Here's what Stay Connected means to me: it's texting my best friend right after practice to tell her about my new skill. It's video-calling my grandma so she can watch me stick a landing from three states away. It's making a video, hitting post, and knowing someone out there is smiling because of it. Being connected isn't about screens — it's about never letting the people you love feel far away. That's the whole point. That's why I named it that.

Hi, I'm Zarah!

I'm a gymnast, a soccer player, and a video creator — and, according to everyone who knows me, pretty funny too. I started making videos because I love sharing the stuff that makes me laugh, gymnastics because backflips are basically magic, and soccer because there's nothing like scoring with your whole team cheering. When I'm not at practice or filming something new, I'm probably hanging out with my family and my best friends — they're my favorite part of every day. Nine years old and just getting started.

Right now it's my back walkover — it took me forever to get it clean, but now it feels like flying.
Yes! Soccer is my other favorite thing. I love being part of a team and the feeling right after you score.
Mostly from stuff that actually happens to me — if something makes me laugh in real life, I probably filmed it.
That they show up. Every practice, every video, every weird idea I have — they're there for it.
Don't compare your day one to someone else's year ten. Everybody starts somewhere!
It means never losing touch with the people who matter, even when life gets busy.
